2012 National Order of the Arrow Conference

The 2012 Kittan NOAC Contingent is currently full. 8 adults and 27 youth have signed up to attend the event. Anyone interested is encouraged to sign up on the alternate list. Contact NOAC@KittanLodge.org for additional information.
All contingent members should continue to follow the payment schedule provided. See link below. Payments are due the 15th of each month.
Flights have been secured for the contingent and planning is well underway. Our next meeting is Saturday February 25th at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in South Glens Falls. The meeting will coincide with the Lodge Leadership Development Course. Please plan to attend from 10:00AM to 4:00PM. In addition to the NOAC meeting there will be youth lead leadership training.
Starting this year, the Lodge has a new program to allow Adults to sponsor Youths with a scholarship-like program. The NOAC Youth Sponsor program allows Adults to give donations to the Lodge specifically ear-marked for the NOAC contingents youth members to help defray the costs of attendance.
The Kittan Lodge NOAC 2012 Flaps are now available for purchase! Attend any Lodge or Chapter event, or fill out the order and mail it to Mike Shaver.
Kittan Lodge has earned the title of Road Warrior Lodge for NOAC 2012. The NOAC 2012 Road Warrior Lodge program recognizes lodges who achieve a contingent membership that is 10 Arrowmen plus 3% of the lodge membership based on the December 2010 lodge re-charter. The Kittan goal was 30 contingent members - we have 8 adult and 27 youth. 35 contingent members is a national event record for Kittan Lodge.
Lodges who achieve the NOAC 2012 Road Warrior Lodge will be entered to win cool prizes for their lodge including special seating at a NOAC show, a scholarship for an Arrowman to attend an OA High Adventure program in 2013, or a special event with the national chief and national vice chief at NOAC 2012.
